This altered version of the classic Kir Royale makes a delicious evening aperitif.

Ingredients

  • 112 tsp (6g) Truvía® Calorie-Free Sweetener, plus more for garnish

  • 2 Tbsp unsweetened blackcurrant juice

  • 12 tsp freshly squeezed lime juice

  • 20ml cold Prosecco

  • Redcurrants, for garnish

Directions

  • 1.

    Sprinkle Truvía® Calorie-Free Sweetener in the bottom of a chilled champagne flute and swirl to combine.

  • 2.

    Add currant and lime juices.

  • 3.

    Top with Prosecco.

  • 4.

    Garnish with redcurrants sprinkled with Truvía® Calorie-Free Sweetener.
