225g plain white flour
2tsp Truvia Calorie-Free Sweetener (and some for sprinkling on top)
2 eggs
50g butter (unsalted)
4 tsp baking powder
1tsp salt
300ml milk (whole)
Topping: strawberries and blueberries
Directions
- 1.
Sieve the flour and baking powder into a bowl and stir in the sugar and salt.
- 2.
Make a well in the centre and add the eggs and milk. Whisk to a smooth batter and ideally leave for 30 minutes.
- 3.
Lightly grease a pan with butter and spoon the mixture on to the hot pan. Cook on each side for a couple of minutes.
- 4.
Transfer to a plate and keep warm with you cook the remaining batter. Use the remaining butter in between to re-grease the pan.
- 5.
Sprinkle with Truvia Calorie-Free Sweetener and serve with fresh berries.
