90g Maple Syrup
30g Truvia
25g Porridge Oats
30g Unsalted butter, melted
2 medium eggs
50g Pecan nuts
1⁄2 tsp Vanilla extract
Directions

Preheat the oven to 180C / 160c fan / gas mark 4.
- 2.
In a medium mixing bowl, combine maple syrup, Truvia, oats, melted butter, beaten eggs, pecans, vanilla extract and black treacle (if using)
- 3.
Pour into a prepared unbaked pastry case.
Optional – Cut out leaves with a stamp from pastry and place onto uncooked pecan pie. Glaze pastry with milk before placing in the oven.

Bake for 25 minutes until set.
- 5.
Allow pie to rest on a cooling rack for an hour before slicing.
