110g Butter (unsalted)
29g Truvia
10g caster sugar
1 tbsp honey
1 egg
1⁄2 tsp of Vanilla Extract (We use Nielsen-Massey)
100g of plain white flour
1⁄2 tsp bicarbonate of soda
1⁄2 tsp ground cinnamon
1⁄2 tsp salt
120g porridge oats
125g raisins
Directions
- 1.
Preheat oven to 180C
- 2.
In a large mixing bowl, cream together the butter, Truvia and sugar. Add the honey, egg and vanilla extract until smooth.

In a second bowl mix flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt.
- 4.
Add the dry ingredients into the creamed mixture, mixing until fully combined.
- 5.
Stir in the oats and raisins.
- 6.
Drop tablespoons of the mixture onto an un-greased cookie sheet, leaving 2 inches between each cookie.
- 7.
Bake for 10 mins, or until the edges are golden.
- 8.
Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 mins, then place the cookies onto a wire rack to cool.
- 9.
