Ingredients

  • 2 large ripe Mangoes

    125ml Canned light Coconut milk

    3 Tbsp Chia Seeds

    Mango or passionfruit to serve

    ½ tsp Truvia

Directions

  • 1.

    Put the Mango flesh into a blender and blend.

  • 2.

    Add in the coconut milk and Truvia and blend until smooth.

  • 3.

    Add Chia seeds – Mix well

  • 4.

    Pour into a bowl, cover and chill for a minimum of 30 minutes.

  • 5.

    Decorate with Mangoes and passionfruit.

  • 6.

    Enjoy
