1 2-inch piece ginger, peeled and roughly chopped
55g Truvía® calorie-free sweetener
180ml of water
CRANBERRY COCKTAIL
120g of frozen cranberries
1 Lemon, juiced
Ginger Syrup
200ml of cranberry juice
180ml gin or vodka
200ml of soda water or lemonade
Shaved fresh ginger
Directions
GINGER SYRUP
- 1.
Place syrup ingredients in a small saucepan; bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 15 to 20 minutes. Strain and chill for at least 30 minutes before using.
CRANBERRY COCKTAIL

Crush the frozen cranberries in a small glass pitcher

Add the lemon juice.

Stir in the ginger syrup, cranberry juice, and gin. Put ice in low-ball glasses about 2⁄3 full.

Top with soda water (or lemonade) and garnish with fresh ginger.
