Directions
Place oats and milk into a large pan over a medium heat

Bring to a steady simmer for 5-6 minutes, stirring constantly to give you a smooth, creamy porridge.

Grate half the apple and fold through the porridge. Slice the remaining apple for the decoration.

Serve the porridge with sliced apple, chopped pecans and sprinkled cinnamon
