Ingredients

  • 60g Rolled Oats

  • 400ml Milk of choice

  • 1 Apple

  • 30g Pecans chopped

1tsp Cinnamon

  • 15g Truvia

Directions

Place oats and milk into a large pan over a medium heat

    Bring to a steady simmer for 5-6 minutes, stirring constantly to give you a smooth, creamy porridge.

    Grate half the apple and fold through the porridge. Slice the remaining apple for the decoration.
